We are all excited to begin another GREAT school year at Rock Hills Elementary School. This year we will continue to provide students with great educational opportunities with the addition of a STEM program. Below is some information that will hopefully assist in preparing you for the upcoming school year.

Enrollment Information
Enrollment will be held on July 26 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Rock Hills Jr/Sr High School
You should be receiving your enrollment packet during the week of July 12 (if you have not received your enrollment packet, please contact the Elementary School at 378-3822).
Please bring all paperwork to enrollment filled out completely
If you have questions about any of the forms prior to enrollment please contact the Elementary School Office at 785-378-3822
What to expect on Enrollment Day
We will collect your paperwork from your enrollment packet
We will review any financial information or needs with you
Jewell County Health Department
Vaccination Clinic
While enrollment is taking place on July 26, the Jewell County Health Department will be available at the High School from 10:00-3:00 to administer vaccines to students that are in need.
Back to School Information
Back to School night is Tuesday, August 16 from 6:00pm-7:00pm. This is a come and go event where students can see their classroom, bring their backpack, meet the teacher, and take a selfie with our back to school backdrop.
The first day of School is Wednesday August 17
Breakfast
Breakfast will be served in the cafeteria from 7:40 – 8:00am.
Students who eat breakfast will eat in the Cafeteria. When students are finished eating, if the bell has not rang, they will go to the gym where all students meet.
Lunch
USD 107 wants to remind you that the federal waiver that allowed all students to eat breakfast and lunch meals for free has expired. All families should fill out the application for Free and Reduced meals.
School Supplies
All students will be provided with the opportunity to receive supplies on the first day of school (August 17). The supply list includes different items depending on the grade level. These supplies are provided free of charge under direction of the USD 107 Board of Education.
