Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Jr/Sr High band will be warm as they perform on the football field on those chilly fall evenings thanks to Matthew Rice's persistence. Matthew wrote a grant proposal in Mrs. Walker's English class last spring, the grant was not accepted, but Matthew persisted and the board of education approved the requests for new jackets. Matthew is pictured here with one of the warm- water repellant jackets!
